Independent Energy Assessors Ltd is a regionally based company specialising in assessing the energy performance of all buildings. For existing buildings we provide Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs), Air Conditioning Inspections and Domestic EPCs.

Energy Assessments for new buildings we provide Part L compliance checks, SAP & ISBEM calculations as well as code assessments on the code for sustainable homes and BREAAM assessments.

We offer free Compliance Advice

If you are not sure if you need an assessment or what type of assessment you need, we also provide advice on compliance with government regulations surrounding the requirement for the energy assessment of buildings.

We have a developing network of Commercial Energy Assessors across England and Wales.
